No time for a full tutorial? Here's everything you need to get up and riding, distilled into the essentials.
Get to a kneeling position with your weight toward the nose. Practice flying on your knees until the board feels stable and level off the water.
When you're ready to stand, front foot down first, then back foot. Use the handle for support as you come up.
Lean forward while building speed, then gradually shift weight to your back foot to lift off. Keep your legs bent and your upper body upright.
The board moves forward on a fall. Always fall toward the back to stay clear of the foil.
That's it. Four steps and you're riding. Want to go deeper? Check out our full beginner's guide for a detailed breakdown of everything from controller setup to stance.
